A’Mohr x mod

For a limited time, A’Mohr finds a home at mod.

A place that isn’t just a space, but a story. Mod belongs to a friend—someone who surrounds herself with pieces that feel like treasures. Gianni Versace, Sonia Rykiel,Gianfranco Ferre and Thierry Mugler names that carry a kind of weight.

Silk blouses still crisp, fabrics that whisper of something rare. We’ve spent hours there, just the two of us and the girls, admiring, trying things on, playing. Like when we were young, slipping into our mothers’ clothes, draping ourselves in something too big but too beautiful to resist.

We still do it now, except the pieces fit, and the jewellery glints between the folds of fabric. A quiet ritual. To dress up, to create, to feel.

Now, A’Mohr is part of that world. Jewellery placed among these pieces, sitting between past and present. There’s something about the way mod holds things—carefully, with intention. It’s the same way we see jewellery: objects to be worn, but also to be kept. Light catching on metal, the contrast of something modern against something archival. A conversation between time periods.

For now, A’Mohr is here. A fleeting moment, an intersection of stories. Pass by, see it in this space before it moves again.

Some of the shots in this article are from the early days of mod—us, playing, trying things on, just as we always have.
